Job Summary

This role is for a Scientific Researcher specializing in the evaluation of genetic analyses and human genetic findings, particularly in tumor diagnostics (somatic and germline) and immuno-oncology. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing human genetic Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data, performing variant research and evaluation based on established classifications (ACMG/ACGS/AMG/ClinGen), and creating comprehensive medical reports, including treatment options. There is also an optional opportunity to contribute to the immuno-oncology team, focusing on neoepitope predictions and immune monitoring. This position requires a strong background in life sciences, specifically tumor genetics, and offers the chance to work with cutting-edge diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in a dynamic and modern environment.

Required Skills

Education

Very good university degree in Life Sciences (focus on Tumor Genetics), ideally with a doctorate. Minimum qualification: Diploma/Master or equivalent.
