Job Summary

As the Head of R&D, you will assume overall responsibility for the development of PV and storage inverters, along with associated system components. This includes strategic planning and the implementation of new products, working closely with the CTO and Head of PLM. You will lead a team of approximately 75 employees across 6 departments in Germany and India, managing the R&D budget. The role involves overseeing product development using both agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring cybersecurity standards, and maintaining quality and deadlines. A key aspect is fostering innovation through collaboration with internal and external partners, and strategically advancing R&D by integrating the latest trends, development methods, and generative AI in software development.
