As the Maintenance Manager with an electrical focus at MESTO, you will lead a dedicated maintenance team at the Freiberg am Neckar site. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring production continuity by troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions, as well as developing, building, and expanding electrical systems in compliance with CE guidelines. You will be hands-on with control cabinet wiring and labeling while collaborating closely with senior management in a flat hierarchy. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering and recognized qualification as a Qualified Electrician (Elektrofachkraft).
Experience
- Professional experience in industrial maintenance
- Leadership experience in a technical or maintenance environment
- Proven experience with industrial control systems including PLC and HMI
- Practical experience in wiring and labeling control cabinets
- Experience working with CE directives and safety standards

- Must be a recognized 'Elektrofachkraft' (Qualified Electrician) according to German standards. Role is based on-site in Freiberg am Neckar.
