This part-time position (19.9 hours/week) within the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transportation (NLStBV) focuses on comprehensive personnel administration for the Nienburg regional office. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in personnel administration and human resources management
  • Practical experience or knowledge in German collective bargaining law (TV-L) is preferred
  • Experience in planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes
  • Demonstrated experience in systematic and structured administrative coordination
  • Proven ability in professional written and oral communication
