Job Summary
As an IT Infrastructure Administrator at SOPREMA, you will be responsible for the setup and administration of the company's IT infrastructure and workstations, covering hardware, software, telephony, and network technology. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, providing First and Second Level Support for technical issues. A significant part of the role involves collaborating with the central IT department in France and managing external IT service providers. Your daily tasks will include configuring TCP/IP networks, firewalls, and printing systems, as well as maintaining location-specific surveillance cameras and mobile devices. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification/experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system integration or a comparable technical field
- Experience in the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software
- Proven experience in managing networks, firewalls, and IT security protocols
- Experience coordinating with external IT service providers and internal departments
