This role at the prestigious Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg involves a unique blend of hands-on web development and project coordination. You will be responsible for the continuous improvement, bug fixing, and prototyping of internal web-based applications used for student projects, resource scheduling, and account management. A significant portion of the role focuses on acting as a bridge between various stakeholders—including administration, faculty, IT, and students—to gather, structure, and prioritize software requirements. You will manage the entire lifecycle from requirement elicitation to go-live, including moderating feedback phases and coordinating with external service providers.
