Job Summary

As a QGIS Consultant, you will be instrumental in planning and implementing open-source Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and geodata infrastructures for a diverse client base, including government agencies and companies across various sectors like energy, transport, and agriculture. Your daily tasks will involve creating detailed concepts and specifications, developing desktop and web GIS software, and working with geodata, spatial databases, and mapping services. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the FOSS Academy as a trainer and represent the company at conferences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QGIS, including its customization and Python API, and a strong understanding of its integration with related software like QGIS Server and PostGIS.
