Job Summary

This temporary role (December 2025 - May 2026) within a renowned industrial company involves providing essential ICT support and administration services. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, setting up, and configuring Microsoft Windows server and client systems, utilizing specific management tools such as Microsoft SCCM and Baramundi. A significant administrative component includes processing hardware, software, and accessory orders from the internal shop, managing inventory, and preparing packaged systems for shipping. This position requires highly structured, quality-oriented work performed according to strict guidelines and documentation. It offers the opportunity to contribute to a modern, high-quality production environment while working closely with a collegial and service-oriented ICT department.

Required Skills

Education

Formal training as an IT Specialist (Informatiker, ICT-Fachmann) OR Commercial Clerk (Kauffrau/Kaufmann) with very good IT knowledge.

Experience

  • Professional experience in setting up and configuring Windows operating systems.
  • Practical experience in the field of ICT support and administration.
  • Experience processing hardware and software orders and managing warehouse stock.

  • The employment contract is temporary, running from December 1, 2025, to May 22, 2026, with an option for extension. Home office is explicitly not possible. Must work very carefully, quality-oriented, and structured. Work location is in the Volketswil area (Canton Zurich).
