As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for the independent management, configuration, and development of clinical applications such as KIS, PDMS, PACS, and laboratory/documentation systems. This role involves actively shaping the digital future of the clinic by implementing innovative projects and providing crucial 1st and 2nd-level support for technical challenges. You will collaborate closely with the IT team and external service providers to analyze and resolve errors, ensuring smooth system availability and driving updates and migrations. A key part of the role is also to train and support users in the clinical environment, leveraging strong communication skills to strengthen the team.
