Job Summary
This role involves developing and programming control software for automation systems (PLC) on behalf of Siemens AG. As a PLC Programmer, your daily responsibilities will include the creation of control logic, conducting system tests, and performing on-site commissioning of industrial plants. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, system optimization, and maintaining detailed technical documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in PLC programming, specifically with Siemens S7 or TIA Portal
- Practical experience in the commissioning and maintenance of automation systems
- Experience in error analysis and optimization of existing technical systems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Languages
Additional
- Good German language skills (level B2+) are a mandatory prerequisite as German is the primary working language for the project. Location constraints may apply based on commissioning requirements.
