Job Summary
As a LIMS Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in a family-owned pharmaceutical company, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the LABS/Q® LIMS GxP-IT system. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating system updates, managing technical operations, and ensuring compliance through validation measures and periodic reviews. You will act as a vital bridge between the project team and quality control laboratory staff, creating and verifying laboratory procedures within the software. Beyond technical maintenance, you will drive process optimization and digitalization projects while training users and managing relationships with external partners. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Natural Sciences or IT, or a completed vocational training in a scientific/technical field.
Experience
- Professional experience with database systems such as LIMS or ERP as a user or key user
- Practical experience working within a GxP-regulated environment
- Experience in LIMS implementation and system-technical operations is highly desirable
- Experience in creating and verifying laboratory procedures based on analytical specifications
- Proven track record in user training and stakeholder communication
