Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Tax Assistant (Steuerfachangestellter), a degree in Business Administration or Business Law, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience within a tax consultancy firm
- Proven experience in process analysis and organizational development
- Extensive experience with DATEV software, including rights management and administration
- Experience in leading and coordinating internal digitalization projects
- Experience in a role requiring structured, independent work and strategic thinking
