Job Summary

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead the development and delivery of groundbreaking SiEmergy solutions focused on stress management and resilience within electrical networks. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve designing and conducting advanced training for Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and industrial clients, specifically focusing on hands-on electrical switching under critical conditions. You will spearhead R&D initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into operational frameworks and act as a high-level advisor for complex network scenarios. This role is unique because it combines deep technical engineering expertise with psychological resilience training (SiEmergy), allowing you to mentor teams through high-pressure operational environments. Required Skills
