This role involves ensuring the stable and high-performance operation of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and related clinical applications for a renowned healthcare client in Munich. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system states and data flows, focusing on 2nd and 3rd-level support. Key tasks include managing user permissions, overseeing HL7 interfaces via Cloverleaf for internal and external systems like laboratories and EKG, and maintaining digital archives. You will also support the telematics infrastructure and coordinate with external vendors for system updates. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Application Development or System Integration, or a University Degree (Diploma or Master's) in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
Experience
- Professional experience in the support and maintenance of Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
- Practical experience in 2nd and 3rd-level technical support.
- Experience in managing clinical interface technologies, specifically HL7 and Cloverleaf.
- Experience in system administration, including release, patch, and change management.
- Experience in user and authorization management within a compliant environment.
