This role involves overseeing the technical controlling and reporting for bridge construction projects within the Northwest region of Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies for project controlling and management, ensuring consistent application across program and project levels, with a strong focus on technical aspects. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress against milestones, identifying risks, and proposing alternative scenarios. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Germany's vital infrastructure, specifically in the maintenance and renewal of thousands of bridges. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction Project Management or Structural Engineering, or comparable technical knowledge, qualifications, and experience.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in managing large and complex projects across all project phases (quality assurance, construction schedule tracking, cost tracking, interface management, early error detection and prevention)
  • Several years of experience in implementing large infrastructure projects, preferably planning and construction projects involving bridges
  • Profound experience with scheduling software, including MS Project

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Driving License Class B and willingness to travel for business trips are desirable.
