Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive management of technically demanding plant engineering projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from the contract phase to final customer acceptance. As a Lead Project Manager, you will hold full responsibility for budgets, schedules, and quality standards while ensuring economic project goals and cash flows are maintained. Your day-to-day will involve leading contract negotiations, managing claims and risks, and coordinating between internal technical departments and external stakeholders. A significant portion of the role focuses on evaluating and implementing technical solutions during Engineering and FEED phases. You will provide technical guidance to project engineers and resolve complex engineering challenges. Required Skills

Education

Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Proven experience in managing technical and commercial project processes
  • Experience in leading contract negotiations and risk management
  • Experience in the technical guidance of project engineers
