This role involves the comprehensive management of technically demanding plant engineering projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from the contract phase to final customer acceptance. As a Lead Project Manager, you will hold full responsibility for budgets, schedules, and quality standards while ensuring economic project goals and cash flows are maintained. Your day-to-day will involve leading contract negotiations, managing claims and risks, and coordinating between internal technical departments and external stakeholders. A significant portion of the role focuses on evaluating and implementing technical solutions during Engineering and FEED phases. You will provide technical guidance to project engineers and resolve complex engineering challenges.
