Job Summary

As a Telecommunications System Operator, you will be at the heart of managing and monitoring data and communication networks from a modern Network Management Center. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating incident resolution, communicating with field colleagues, and initiating escalation scenarios when Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are breached. You will also be responsible for quality, service, and performance management, as well as overseeing network operations. This role requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and partner companies, and the ability to handle special assignments within operational requirements, working in shifts.
