Job Summary

The Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is seeking a dedicated Team Lead Tax / Tax Compliance Officer to join their team. This role involves leading a team of four tax professionals, ensuring the company's tax obligations are met accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing tax strategies, managing a company-wide Tax Compliance Management System (TCMS), and acting as the primary contact for all tax-related inquiries, coordinating with external tax consultants. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent, have passed the tax advisor exam, and bring extensive experience in direct and indirect tax consulting, coupled with proven team leadership skills.
