This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a Master Electrician to lead and organize an electrical team while managing complex projects within the machinery and plant engineering sector. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electrical systems, including planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. A unique aspect of this position is the initial 1-2 year onboarding phase, which involves field-based assembly and commissioning at customer sites. This phase follows a specific rhythm of two weeks on-site followed by one week at home, allowing you to gain deep technical knowledge and build relationships with the teams you will later manage. Beyond technical execution, you will focus on troubleshooting, ensuring safety standards, and mentoring staff. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys technical variety and is willing to travel during the integration period. The role is backed by a permanent contract, attractive industry-specific surcharges, and high-quality equipment.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrotechnical maintenance, installation, or project management
  • Experience in technical leadership and organizational management of electrical teams
  • Proven track record in commissioning and repairing electrical systems for machines and plants
  • Experience working with electrical schematics and control technologies
