Job Summary

As the IT Software Team Lead for the Medical Service of Lower Saxony (MDN), you will oversee the seamless delivery and maintenance of software applications across a large-scale healthcare consulting infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing strategic architectural changes, leading digitalization and software development projects, and coordinating with external service providers. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the IT Director with strategic alignment and ensuring robust IT security in compliance with BSI standards. This role is ideal for a leader who can foster team collaboration while managing technical environments involving SQL, XML, and AI contexts.
