Job Summary
This role offers a diverse and stable position within the municipal administration of Reichshof. As a Technical Property Management Associate, you will be responsible for the independent planning, supervision, and execution of construction sites using both in-house craftsmen and external contractors. Your daily activities will include material and tool requirement planning, cost control, and managing technical documentation and correspondence with engineers, authorities, and colleagues. A significant portion of the role involves technical safety, including conducting VDE inspections on portable electronic devices and overseeing the municipality's photovoltaic systems. You will also participate in official inspections regarding fire safety, health, and security. Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology (Elektroniker/in – Energie- und Gebäudetechnik).
Experience
- Professional experience in work scheduling and personnel deployment planning including the use of scheduling software.
- Practical experience in construction site organization and management.
- Hands-on technical experience across multiple trades (interdisciplinary manual skills).
- Experience in independent communication and correspondence with authorities, engineers, and citizens.
