Job Summary

As the Head of the Executive Staff Unit at the Westphalia branch of Germany's federal motorway operator, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the strategic and operational security of critical infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the disciplinary and technical leadership of staff, overseeing the Information Security Management System (ISMS), and ensuring compliance with KRITIS (critical infrastructure) requirements. You will manage branch-wide risk identification and mitigation, provide expert data protection consulting, and represent the branch in relevant committees. This role is unique as it offers the opportunity to shape the security landscape of approximately 13,200 kilometers of motorway network.
