Job Summary

As a PreSales Consultant at GUS LAB, you will bridge the gap between complex laboratory requirements and software solutions. You will be responsible for preparing and conducting detailed software demonstrations of iLES and LIMS products to potential clients across Germany and the EU. Your day-to-day involves analyzing specific customer needs within laboratory environments—ranging from pharmaceuticals to environmental sectors—and configuring tailored presentations to address them. You will also play a critical role in responding to technical tenders (RFIs/RFPs) and acting as a primary technical advisor for the sales team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in natural sciences or IT who enjoys technical storytelling and problem-solving.
