Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineer at TÜV SÜD, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of electrical systems across industrial, commercial, and specialized buildings. Your daily responsibilities will involve the inspection and evaluation of electrical installations, emergency power supplies, and fire alarm systems. You will be tasked with creating detailed inspection reports, documenting deviations, and ensuring that deficiencies are corrected on schedule. This is a field-based role requiring travel to client sites, though assignments are planned close to your place of residence. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field of study; a prior technical vocational training is considered an advantage.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the planning, installation, maintenance, or operation of electrical systems
  • Experience in creating technical inspection reports and documenting compliance deviations
  • Background in working with technical regulations such as DIN, VDE, and VDI
  • Experience in a client-facing role with a focus on communication and assertiveness
