This role involves coordinating critical network infrastructure and IT security for the Bremen Office for Roads and Traffic. You will act as a bridge between operational networks, internal IT, and external service providers, ensuring the stable operation of Windows Server environments and virtual machines. Key responsibilities include supporting the Information Security Officer in developing security guidelines, conducting risk analyses, and performing internal audits. You will also provide technical consultation to engineers and manage the procurement and specification of IT systems. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Fachhochschule) in Computer Science or a comparable technical field. Alternatively, a degree in Public Management with proven IT affinity. Candidates without a degree may qualify with extensive, documented professional experience and relevant certifications.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in server virtualization, network infrastructure, or information security
- Professional experience in technical process management and process optimization
- Proven experience in the application of IT security standards (BSI IT-Grundschutz)
- Experience in coordinating external service providers and internal stakeholders
