Job Summary

As a Chemist at Pfleiderer, you will lead the development of innovative wood-based products from initial conceptualization through to successful market launch. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve identifying and evaluating new materials and technologies to enhance the product portfolio, ensuring industrial scalability and series readiness. You will be tasked with solving complex technical problems using your expertise in material science and production processes. This role requires planning and executing laboratory and industrial trials, managing project risks, and contributing to patent processes.
