Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive planning and project management of Instrumentation, Control, and Electrical (I&C) systems for regional water supply facilities. As an I&C Planning Engineer, you will manage projects through all HOAI phases (1-9), covering process control, measurement technology, network technology, and electrical systems up to 20 kV. Your daily responsibilities include determining project foundations, cost estimation, construction supervision, and ensuring compliance with energy management standards (ISO 50001). You will also perform risk assessments and establish technical standards for water extraction and treatment plants. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering or Bachelor Professional in Technology; Certification as a Specialist Planner for Electrical Engineering is desirable.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or a related technical field
- Proven experience in project management or sub-project leadership
- Professional experience in the field of drinking water supply is desirable
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and creating operating instructions
- Experience with HOAI service phases 1-9 for electrical trades

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Physical and mental resilience for working in confined spaces and shafts. Willingness to participate in on-call duty. Foreign applicants must provide a B2 German certificate with a 'Good' rating (min. 75% in listening/speaking).
