Job Summary

This role involves providing critical administrative and operational support to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in Bonn. Working within either a policy or a supervisory unit, you will be at the forefront of financial regulation, specifically focusing on payment institutions and crypto-asset service providers. Day-to-day tasks include managing notification processes for crypto-service providers, processing whitepapers, handling 'Fit & Proper' assessments, and conducting market research to support reports. Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in commercial assistance or office administration required if the vocational degree grade is 'satisfactory'.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in commercial assistance and office management is mandatory for candidates without a 'good' grade in their vocational training.
  • Experience in handling databases and research techniques is advantageous.
  • Experience in public service or financial regulatory environments is beneficial.
