Job Summary
As a Laboratory Quality Assurance Technician at Refresco's Grüneberg site, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and quality of well-known beverage brands. Your daily responsibilities include conducting microbiological and chemical-physical testing on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished beverages. You will be responsible for approving or blocking production batches based on limit values, documenting results in Excel, and maintaining sophisticated laboratory equipment such as spectrophotometers and pH meters. This role is essential for maintaining IFS and HACCP standards within the facility. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant (Chemielaborant), Dairy Laboratory Assistant (Milchwirtschaftlicher Laborant), or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant, Dairy Laboratory Assistant, or in a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the beverage industry is highly preferred
- Experience with sensory product evaluation and food safety requirements (IFS/HACCP)
- Experience operating and maintaining laboratory equipment such as density meters and spectrophotometers
- Experience working in a three-shift operational environment
