Job Summary

This role involves supporting a telecommunications client within a public sector environment in Cologne. As a Windows Server and Client Administrator, you will be responsible for the planning, conceptualization, and commissioning of Windows-based server and client infrastructures. Your daily tasks include processing complex technical orders, installing and maintaining specialized tools, and contributing to service concepts and decision-making templates. You will also coordinate order processing and ensure that agreed service levels are met while maintaining thorough documentation. This position is unique as it offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects for federal or state authorities. Education

Experience

  • At least 3 years of overall professional experience
  • Minimum 1 year of specific experience in IT administration
  • Proven experience with Windows Server operating systems and core services like DNS/DHCP
  • Experience in supporting end-user hardware and peripherals
  • Experience in public sector projects (Federal or State level) is preferred
