Job Summary

This role involves supporting a telecommunications client within a public sector environment in Cologne. As a Windows Server and Client Administrator, you will be responsible for the planning, conceptualization, and commissioning of Windows-based server and client infrastructures. Your daily tasks include processing complex technical orders, installing and maintaining specialized tools, and contributing to service concepts and decision-making templates. You will also coordinate order processing and ensure that agreed service levels are met while maintaining thorough documentation.
