This role involves the independent management of technical complaints and service cases for a dynamic organization. As an Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer, you will serve as a critical link between production, sales, design, and development to analyze technical issues and derive measures for product quality improvement. Your day-to-day will involve creating service offers, generating 8D reports, and tracking the implementation of corrective actions. You will also lead quality discussions with customers and coordinate cross-departmental projects to develop service strategies. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a qualification as a State-Certified Electrical Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister).

Experience

  • Relevant experience in processing technical complaints and creating 8D reports
  • Experience in customer relationship management and conducting quality discussions
  • Experience in project management and cross-departmental coordination
  • Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office
