Job Summary

As the Head of IT Operational Excellence at University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD), you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the strategic optimization of administrative IT processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed University or Technical College degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Computer Science).

Experience

  • Professional experience in at least three of the following areas: IT procurement, service management, project management, team leadership, communication, or recruiting
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale projects and developing IT strategies
  • Experience in implementing organizational change management projects
