As the Head of IT Operational Excellence at University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD), you will lead a dynamic team responsible for the strategic optimization of administrative IT processes. Your daily responsibilities include managing IT procurement, license and contract management, and internal IT communications. You will act as a key sparring partner for the CIO, contributing to board presentations, KPI reporting, and the overarching IT strategy. A major focus of the role is establishing a structured IT project management office and driving automation across service management workflows. This position is ideal for a professional who combines technical affinity with strong organizational skills to lead digital transformation in a large-scale medical environment.
