Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role focuses on the continuous development and administration of production-support databases and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You will be responsible for creating interface solutions to coordinate and analyze processes, as well as developing tools to support project management workflows. A key part of the position involves drafting specifications and test plans, and executing system tests according to international quality standards. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys working at the intersection of IT and manufacturing. The position offers a flexible working model within a 38.5-hour week, providing a stable and collaborative environment where your technical contributions directly support life-enhancing hearing technology. You will work with modern database systems and high-level programming languages to optimize industrial processes.

Required Skills

Education

Higher Technical Institute (HTL) degree, University degree, or FH degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

Experience

Professional experience in the support of production-related software
Practical experience with MSSQL databases and advanced SQL programming
Experience with at least one high-level programming language
Experience in creating technical specifications and system test plans
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
