Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role involves joining a dedicated five-person IT department serving the Rhein-Selz municipal administration, which oversees 20 communities, schools, fire departments, and daycare centers. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day integration and optimization of IT infrastructure, providing technical support to users, and ensuring system stability. Your duties include setting up and maintaining networks and servers, participating in strategic technology implementation projects, and creating comprehensive system documentation. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in system administration and technical support is preferred
- Experience in network and server maintenance
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and user support
- Experience in creating system and user documentation
