Job Summary
As a Chemical Laboratory Technician at Carl ROTH, you will play a vital role in quality assurance and laboratory operations at Plant II. Your daily responsibilities include conducting incoming goods inspections and follow-up examinations according to specific test plans. You will utilize a variety of analytical methods, including Titration, Karl Fischer water determination, Gas Chromatography (GC), UV-VIS Spectroscopy, Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC), and Gel Electrophoresis. Beyond technical analysis, you will manage data within the LIMS system, handle product releases, and generate OOS reports. This role involves significant communication with suppliers and handling laboratory-related complaints. You will be responsible for ensuring all documentation and data maintenance comply with GMP/GLP and quality assurance standards. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a natural science field (e.g., Chemical Laboratory Technician) or a degree in a natural science discipline.
Experience
- Professional experience in laboratory analysis and chemical testing methods
- Experience in handling complaints and communicating with suppliers within the chemical industry
- Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is preferred
- Practical experience in documenting processes according to GMP/GLP or QS requirements
