Job Summary
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist at pro optik, you will play a vital role in supporting the IT infrastructure of one of Germany's top three optical chains. Your daily responsibilities include managing the Microsoft-based environment across branch offices and the central administration, providing technical support via telephone, remote maintenance, and on-site visits. You will be responsible for the installation and administration of PCs, servers, networks, and security systems including firewalls, antivirus, and backups. As you grow in the role, you will transition from project participation to independently leading IT projects.
