Job Summary

As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for the operational management and technical oversight of building systems, with a focus on measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) systems. Your daily tasks will involve maintaining all in-house technical systems, including climate control, heating, ventilation, sanitation, electricity, lighting, security, and elevators, ensuring the energy and water supply for broadcast operations. You will manage building control technology, optimize existing systems, and oversee external service providers. Additionally, you will develop future system concepts, define project-specific requirements for building automation, and contribute to maintenance and investment projects.
