Job Summary
As an HR Business Partner at kbo-Isar-Amper-Klinikum, you will provide comprehensive support and consulting to managers and employees across all personnel, collective bargaining, and labor law matters. Operating within a large public healthcare network in the Munich area, you will act as a strategic partner for leadership levels, assisting with workforce planning, performance management, and talent development. You will be responsible for implementing legal frameworks, managing labor law cases in coordination with legal counsel, and maintaining trustful relationships with works councils and employee representatives. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed degree in Business or Social Sciences with a focus on HR, or a commercial vocational training qualification with a focus on HR.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner
- Professional experience in HR management within a clinical or hospital environment
- Experience in cooperating with works councils and employee interest groups
- Proven experience in handling labor, social, and industrial relations law

- Proof of sufficient measles vaccination or immunity (for those born after December 31, 1970) is required. Regular presence at various clinic locations in Upper Bavaria and the Munich area is expected.
