This role is for a Strategic Sales Executive to drive digital transformation in the industrial sector for Etteplan, an international service company specializing in technology- and data-driven solutions. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in areas like Master & Product Data Management, AI-based digital information, and Asset Information Management. Key tasks include understanding industry challenges, developing tailored solutions with experts, activating strategic client contacts, and presenting Etteplan's comprehensive portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, technical affinity for digital industrial processes, and excellent communication skills to convince stakeholders and drive sales success. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with technical teams and reporting to the Vice President Service Solutions.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Technology, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification with practical experience
Experience
- Professional experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities in data solutions and asset information management
- Experience in understanding challenges within industrial engineering, plant construction, process, and chemical industries
- Experience activating strategic customer contacts and presenting business cases
- Ideally, experience in an industrial environment with a focus on services and solutions for customer problems/topics
