Job Summary
This role involves working within the Desktop Management unit of the Saarland State IT Service Center, the central IT provider for the regional government. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day installation, operation, and maintenance of workplace hardware, including PCs, notebooks, and thin clients. A significant portion of the role involves providing direct end-user support and managing Windows clients using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy troubleshooting IT infrastructure across various government agencies. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Practical experience in supporting IT infrastructure within a professional environment
