Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician for Wassermann GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence in the Ulm, Heidenheim, and East Wuerttemberg regions. Your daily responsibilities will involve the maintenance, inspection, and repair of industrial, high-speed, and fire protection gates. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a consultant for production and logistics clients, identifying modernization opportunities and building long-term customer relationships. This role is unique because it combines hands-on technical work with entrepreneurial responsibility, allowing you to independently manage and grow your own service territory. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training in Metalworking, Mechatronics, or Electrics.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical service, ideally specializing in doors and gates
- Experience in independent territory management and customer advisory
- Proven track record in technical troubleshooting and repair
- Experience in identifying sales and optimization potential during service calls

- Valid driver's license required for operating the provided workshop vehicle; role requires regional travel within the Ulm/Heidenheim/East Wuerttemberg area; must be willing to work full-time on a permanent contract.
