Job Summary

This role involves leading the digital transformation strategy for a major international pharmaceutical company based in Frankfurt am Main. As the Head of Implementation, you will be responsible for developing and managing the site's digital roadmap, overseeing cross-functional IT and digitalization projects, and implementing Smart Factory solutions. Your daily activities will include conducting process analyses, managing Opex and Capex budgets, and ensuring project governance across all phases. You will act as a critical bridge between local departments and global IT units, driving change management and fostering digital literacy within the organization. This position is particularly attractive due to its 37.5-hour work week, a 60% hybrid work model, and the stability of a permanent contract within a highly regulated, prestigious industry. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in a technical, IT, or business-technical field, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Proven experience in the analysis, optimization, and transformation of business processes
  • Experience collaborating with international IT units and operational departments
  • Professional background in regulated industry environments, ideally within Pharmaceuticals or a comparable sector
  • Experience in economic evaluations and benefit-cost analyses
  • Experience with project management methodologies and structured working practices
