Job Summary

As a Data Center Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of cabling infrastructure within client data centers. Your daily tasks include planning, executing, measuring, and documenting both patch and infrastructure cabling using fiber optic (LWL) and copper technologies. You will play a pivotal role in project management, overseeing small to medium-sized projects and leading both internal and external technical staff. Beyond installation, you will perform critical splicing work, conduct error analysis, and troubleshoot data cabling in coordination with quality management teams. This role also involves the physical installation and reconfiguration of active network components based on specific customer requirements.
