As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and organizational setup of the support landscape, defining SLAs, KPIs, and escalation paths. Your day-to-day will involve operative steering of incident, problem, and change management during critical project phases such as implementation and go-live. You will act as a central interface between project management, development, and external partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery. This position is unique as it offers a high degree of creative freedom to build a control center (Leitstand) from the ground up within a 36-hour work week.
