Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the IT field
- Experience in supporting Windows domain environments and Microsoft 365
- Practical experience with network technologies including VLAN, patching, and access points
- Experience using ticket systems and standardized support processes

- Driving license class B is desirable. Residence near the company site in Bomlitz/Walsrode is preferred.
