Job Summary

As a Billing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting departmental leadership across all auditing matters while driving operational excellence. Your daily responsibilities will involve processing complex requirements, identifying process optimizations, and conducting internal training sessions to enhance team capabilities. You will be the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries within the service department and will spearhead SAP optimizations, specifically preparing the service area for the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
