Job Summary

As a Group Lead in Civil Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of building and civil works within the Central Region. You will lead a diverse team of skilled workers, technicians, and engineers, driving a cultural transformation towards a more collaborative and forward-thinking work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategic analysis of site developments, building team expertise for future demands, and ensuring comprehensive project portfolio management. You will leverage your deep knowledge across all lifecycle phases of real estate, from evaluating properties for use or demolition to assessing renovation needs and overseeing external contractors. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical university degree (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable relevant field such as Facility Management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in infrastructural-technical organizations (> 5 years, > 10 employees)
  • At least 3 years practical experience in the execution of construction projects with a focus on building and civil works
  • Proven experience in project management, either through academic degree or further training
  • Experience in managing external planning offices and cost control
