Job Summary
As the IT Organization Team Lead at Sparkasse Nienburg, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological future of a modern regional bank. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and developing a dedicated IT team, conducting performance reviews, and refining the bank's overarching IT strategy.
