As an Industrial Software Trainer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technical training programs for internal staff, partners, and customers. Your daily activities involve planning and conducting classroom sessions, webinars, and on-demand training focused on the BRAIN2 industrial software platform. You will bridge the gap between complex technology and practical application by teaching users about hardware/software interfaces, communication protocols, installation, and troubleshooting. Beyond delivery, you will independently develop didactic concepts and training materials while collaborating closely with technical departments like 2nd-level support and software development.
